New restaurants are popping out every day of the week. There are many new ones it’s worth mentioning and visiting, so here are 2018’s hottest restaurants openings in U.S.; (you might want to save them for travel selfies as their design is spot on).

This place combines a mystical elegant style with a casual vintage one in perfect harmony. They present themselves as a “cafe, restaurant, and bar located on the sunny first floor of The Jane Hotel overlooking the Hudson River”, but its indoors make you feel simply.. special.

The Great White Venice

♦ Venice, California

2018's hottest restaurant openings in U.S.

If you don’t know the beach you might think it’s all about Venice. But this cool minimalist casual restaurant cafe is situated near the Venice beach and has a relaxed vibe inviting you to taste their delicious coffee.
The best part is that you can go to this restaurant to dine in your beach clothes or in an elegant outfit, your choice.

Brothers and Sisters

♦ Washington, D.C.

This all-day eatery is part of the new Line Hotel. Those of us who want to delight in regionally inspired cuisine, have the chance of tasting the meals of James Beard Foundation Award-Winning Chef, Spike Gjerde who planted his spot at the first floor with a generous view above the lobby of the hotel.

Glorietta Trattoria

♦ Jackson, Wyoming

“You’re a stranger here, but once.” This message welcomes you in a warm cozy world created by both the wooden design and the people.  This Italian trattoria is specialized in handmade pasta and wood-fired cooking with expertly crafted cocktails and a value-oriented cellar of incredible Italian wines.

Do you want to delight yourself in a California-inspired cuisine with refined European technique? That’s the place to go then. Created by James Beard finalist, Ari Kolender greets you in an eco-minimalist restaurant that serves dishes with “an emphasis on seafood and local produce complimented by a carefully curated selection of wine and beer.”

Palizzi Social Club

♦ Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

This club landed on Bon Appetit’s Best Restaurants list on the 18th spot and it might be the hardest place to enter. With 98 years of history behind, this social club with Italian roots is both inviting and a challenge for anyone who loves new experiences. Though it isn’t the easiest location to be allowed in, it definitely deserves a place in our 2018’s hottest restaurant openings in U.S. due to its conduct and rules (when inside, take off your hat, no blogging or social media, concentrate on the food, environment, and people only. We would need more of these clubs if we get to stop scrolling on our phones when dining this way, don’t we?)

Elske

♦ Chicago, Illinois

This coquettish restaurant designed in simple round lines and neutral soft tones belongs to Anna and David Posey. It officially opened its doors last year and since then has won numerous awards and received one Michelin star.

Rossoblu Garden

♦ Los Angeles, California

This new farmers-market eatery gem opened last year under the supervision of chef Steve Samson. Its Italian influences can be seen in its menu and both in its huge painting on the wall. All space bursts with personality, its pillars playing in a harmonious contrast with its elegant furniture.

Native Kitchen & Bar

♦ Austin, Texas

“Craveable comforts, hot coffee, and crafted spirits bubble over at Native Kitchen & Bar. Sidle up alongside world explorers and escapists alike for good convo, a right proper booze situation, and lip-smackin’ diner classics to wash it all down.” Made in a unique architectural style,  Native is inviting all gourmands and explorers to enjoy a varied combination of meals.

Every one of the restaurants I put on our 2018’s Hottest Restaurant Openings in U.S. blends perfectly local cuisine with incredible unique designs transforming a meal into an exquisite experience. No wonder people drive for hours just to admire these locations.
