Disney Aspire launched Tuesday “the most comprehensive program of its kind, offering hourly employees a wide array of disciplines and diplomas—with tuition paid upfront.”

At the beginning of this year Bob Iger, Disney Aspire CEO has announced really positive changes regarding an ongoing education initiative with an initial $50 million investment.

“I have always believed that education is the key to opportunity. It opens doors and creates new possibilities.” This really sounds like someone with Disney dreams in his blood, isn’t it?

This will benefit all hourly employees and will give them the opportunity to choose from a large range of diplomas, with full tuition paid upfront.

This program includes college and master’s degrees, high school equivalency, vocational training and English classes. Also, there are no other costs as Disney Aspire plans to pay, besides the full tuition any application fees, materials and books.

“The program is designed for working adults and offers our Cast Members and employees maximum choice and flexibility with their studies, regardless of whether the program and classes they choose are tied to their current role at Disney.”

They have also partnered with Guild, that “will provide personalized coaching to help all employees and Cast Members that inquire about the program navigate their unique circumstances, from application through completion and through every step along the way.”
